On the base of my practice, I put forwards some suggestions. <br> At first, studying the organization of the procurement management, the procurement management includes material and equipment procurement; engineering procurement; and designer and contractors’ ion, the focus is the procurement management. <br> Then, I study the question from the contract scheme and the contract management. The contract scheme includes the choice of the incur mode, category of contract, system of contract, and the papers of contract. The incur mode, category of contract are stressing. The contract management includes the management of bid and the management of practice. The management of practice is more important. The management of practice includes alteration management and claim management. The alteration management includes the principle, the forms, the controlling of the alteration. The claim management includes the purpose, the forms, and the dealing way of the claim. <br> At last, according to the experience and lessons from the building of Nhwa Pharma Corporation, I put forwards some suggestions of my own. <br> Keywords：procurement; contract; contract scheme; contract management <br> <br> <br><br>
