内容简介本文阐述了作者在越南高岸电厂国际工程施工过程中作为焊接监理工程师的工作经历和一些施工经验，以及处理施工中存在问题的对策和措施，总结了焊接监理的工作特点，对今后再从事类似工作的国内同行具有一定的借鉴和指导作用。 （The author expatiate on some experience and suffering as a international welding supervisor while working in Cao Ngan TPP of Vietnam， also some methods or countermeasures to treat with the matters occurred in erection and installation， furthermore， the character as welding supervisor is summed up in detail on this dissertation. It should be used for reference and instruction for the welding engineer who will act as welding supervisor at the international project .） 该工程单台机组受监督焊缝约11000只，在锅炉水压和机组试运期间焊缝没有发生任何质量事故，焊接监理工作深得业主及各方认可。下面结合自己在此阶段的经历和感受，简述了自己作为一名监理工程师的施工心得和体会，以及处理施工中存在问题的对策和措施,并详细总结了焊接监理的工作特点。
